We know that you may have questions about whether you will be able to get a visa, especially with the uncertainty around Brexit. We have checked with the UK Government and below are the details for 3 groups: 1.
EU and EEA (and Switzerland), 2. Non EU with no Visa requirement, 3. Non EU with Visa requirement. This is the information provided one year before the conference – if you indicate that
you will need a visa when you submit your Conference Booking Registration, we will make direct contact with you if any of the information changes. If you are in Groups 1 or 2, you will not need a visa to
come to the conference and/or any of the associated events and/or a realistic period of tourism. If you are in Group 3, you will need a visa and you will not be able to apply for it until three months before you
travel. However, the places for the conference are filling up fast so we recommend that you make your booking to attend as soon as possible. In the unlikely event that you are unable to obtain a visa, even
though you meet the requirements, we will refund your full conference fee payment. This will of course only apply if you have met the requirements of coming only to attend the conference, associated events, associated
tourism – it will not apply if your visa is rejected for some other reason that is not associated with coming to the conference. Please contact us if you cannot find your country
listed below. Group 1 – no Visa required Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Lichtenstein,
